The commercial projects which have won design awards include “Asia Bank Loan Center”, “Asia Plaza”, “Queens Office Tower” and ” New York Eye Center” among many others. In 1991, Raymond Chan himself was one of the nominees nominated by the Mayoral Committee to be one of the New York City Planning Commission’s committee members.
